Dr. Josue Andino is a wellness guru with more than a decade of experience. Dr. Andino is a Board Certified Chiropractor who specializes in providing health care evaluations in, but not limited to, patients preatment and consultations in orthopedic evaluation, spinal anatomy, x-ray analysis, biomechanics, and several other specialties. In addition, he has expertise in physical fitness and body compassion evaluations and treatment. Don't miss his short sessions on:

Tanya Doggett, Certified Level 1 Fitness Trainer, will lead several 10-minute office workouts including Resistance Bands Training and the Airplane Stretch-Break, Tanya will also lead short sessions on:

- Using Fitness Technology to Keep Track of your Goals
These quick twenty (20) minute sessions will help attendees rejuvenate. Take advantage of a wellness massage too.
Don't miss award-winning Chef Nick Poccia. He will give a one-hour healthy cooking demonstration on Sunday and Monday at 1:00pm. Nicandro (Nick) Poccia CEC is Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation. He is a active Member of the ACF Philadelphia Chapter. In 1990 he received the Chef of Year Award through the Delaware Valley Chefs Association. Currently, he is Executive Chef of Spring Mill Country Club in Ivyland Pa.
Let the Bodyworks professionals work to relax the classic tension areas of the neck, back, shoulders and arms and help attendees feel more welcome, appreciated, refreshed, alert and energized. Electronic Foot Massage Stations (extremely popular!) are included too.
