Send Your Media Release to NECA!
1- Post Your Releases on the NECA Convention Website
Confirmed exhibitors can have their releases posted on the Press Release tab on the www.necaconvention.org Home Page so attendees and media can get a preview of what you will have at your NECA Show booth. Email your release as a plain text or Word document to Andrea Gironda at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “2012 Exhibitor Press Release.” It will be posted on the “Press Releases” section of the event website, within two business days. You can include a 200 x 200 pixel (max) JPEG image with your release.
2- On-site Press Room
Press generally check in at the Press Room before going on the Show floor, so we will tables set up in this area where you can leave materials and press kits for reporters to pick up. If you are interested in providing press kits for the 2012 NECA Show, please prepare 15-20 kits and a cardstock table tent with your company name and booth number. These items SHOULD NOT be shipped to NECA prior to the event, but shipped with your booth materials. You can drop off your materials in the Press Room on Friday, Sept.28th between 9 a.m.-4 p.m. or Saturday, Sept. 29th between 9 a.m.-noon.
3- Social Media
We use social media for pre-show, on-site and post-show coverage of all the great education and events that will take place in Las Vegas. We’ll be live-blogging the entire NECA convention and trade show at blog.necaconvention.org, and posting items on NECA’s:
