How to Use the Exhibitor Hub
Please note: If you are a new client/exhibitor, your company information will be updated into our registration system within (48) hours of payment at which time you will be able to register for badges (once the Exhibitor Service Manual becomes available).

Click here to login securely to the NECA San Diego Exhibitor Hub to start updating your company profile. The full exhibitor kit will be available in the Event Portal beginning June 6, 2024.
NOTE: The first time you visit any NECA Exhibitor Hub, you will need to use the Forgot Password link and set a password of your preference before you can log in. Once logged in, click on the Exhibitor Hub in the top navigation bar. This is where you'll access invoices, make payments, and manage your booth.
Add a photo! Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the cover photo and click "Add Photo." Select your company logo and save.
Add Contact & About info: When you click "Edit" in the right corner, you'll land on a menu: ABOUT and CONTACT. In the ABOUT section, you'll add a brief brand bio under "What we Do." In the CONTACT section, you'll see the phone number and address that we have on file.
· EDIT BOOTH INFO: Use this area to enter your company description
· MANAGE PRESS RELEASES: Upload company & product Press Releases. These can be changed out as often as you like. The quantity of releases available depends on your booth package or package upgrade.
· SHOW SPECIALS: Upload pictures and provide descriptions of any specials you are offering during the show.
· MANAGE VIDEO: Upload company & product videos with the Platinum or Gold Package Upgrade here. This feature is available depending on which package upgrade your company has chosen
· PREVIEW: This feature allows you to look at how the public will view your listing while still in the "edit" mode.
